Pallet Management
The ability to fully manage pallets from goods in, through stock control and back out through despatch. This allows bulk stock to be accurately and easily tracked by scanning single or mixed pallets with a single barcode to perform stock movements and picking.
Real-Time Stock Control
Stock is entered into the system immediately on scanning which allows stock to be handled & put away whilst the goods in process continues. Real-time stock visibility helps to assist with faster business decisions but also allow for the fulfilment of customers orders in a more timely manner.
Handheld Solution
All stock movements are handled on an android handheld device. This removes the need for paperwork along with computer based lookups. Operatives can enquire on stock levels/locations and perform stock movements based on live commercial orders in Sage 200.
This removes the requirement for a Sage 200 Licence for warehouse operatives which reduces cost but also improves accuracy and efficiency. Scanning barcodes reduces the likelihood of stock errors with every movement around the warehouse being accounted for with a scanned stock movement.
Holistic Stock Enquiry
Single stock enquiry screen which shows all current stock holding locations with full detail including Pallets, Batch/Serial Details and allocated Picks.
The same screen is used to enquire on stock movements reducing the number of open windows required when looking to get an overall view on stock levels and stock history
Enhanced Picking
Pick Management adds an extra layer on-top of Sales Orders. This allows the controlled release of orders to the warehouse for picking. Picks can then be assigned to individual users if required or prioritised to ensure they are actioned in a time sensitive manner.
The ability to see live pick status and information including current progress around the defined pick route helps to manage the workforce. Pick messages can then be input to flag/notify pickers of any important notes as they continue with their day to day operations.
Multiple Barcodes & Multipliers
Multiple barcodes can be stored against a stock item to support iterations or inner/outer box barcodes. This removes the reliance on units of measure and allows the warehouse to handle stock in the most relevant unit.
Despatch Management
When despatching orders, it is common for businesses to either group multiple orders together for delivery from own vans or arrange collection from a number of select couriers.
With despatch management, orders being despatched through the same method i.e. Same courier collection or Same van delivery round, can be handled with a single click. This allows for stock to be loaded and documents such as manifests and despatch notes to be printed in bulk. Orders are also despatched with a single click on the journey which removes the need to manually despatch each order separately.
Pallet loading allows individual pallets/boxes to be scanned onto the vehicle to ensure stock has been loaded and reduce the likelihood of missing stock on delivery to the customer.
