Seamless System Integration
As order volumes increased through our key selling platforms, we needed an automated process which could replace a completely manual order processing system. Magma had the answer to everything we needed...Initially we identified a solution for order processing, which then progressed into stock management, carrier integration and reverse flow tracking uploads. The flexibility of Magma has proved its worth time after time as new platforms and operating systems have been added to our portfolio. We now have a completely integrated and automated SOP system which seamlessly manages Amazon, Ebay, Argos, Costco and WooCommerce into our Sage 200 operating system, with the minimum of human interaction. After our initial introduction to Magma through our Sage Business Account Manager, primarily as an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solution facilitating seamless communication between Sage and Amazon Vendor Central, our collaboration expanded significantly. Subsequently, we engaged directly with Cindercone to pursue an array of intricate integrations. From the development of a bespoke dropship system to the implementation of a highly sophisticated Amazon Seller Account integration, we have consistently found Cindercone's expertise to be unparalleled. The introduction of the Drop-Ship system has been transformative for our business model. We have proactively pursued its adoption among our customers due to its exceptional effectiveness and simplicity. This system expedites the onboarding process for new customers, enhances transparency regarding available stock levels, and automates order allocation, thus eliminating the need for manual intervention from our sales team. Notably, our customers have expressed profound satisfaction with the level of service we provide, primarily attributed to the seamless integration facilitated by the Drop-Ship system.
