Sicon Shop Floor Data Capture
Real-time Integration with Sage 200
Sicon Shop Floor Data Capture is written within the Sage 200 development environment using the Sage business objects and utilises the latest Microsoft technologies for user interface.
Easy to Use
Whilst the Sicon SFDC core functionality is installed and maintained within Sage 200, the simplicity of the Android App Interface, means users of all abilities can easily interact with the modules functionality.
On the go management
Manage stock and resources from anywhere using a tablet or hand held device
Route Cards
Users have the option to search for the Operation they need to work on directly within the App. Alternatively, where a barcode scanner is present, by printing a route card the user can simply scan the relevant barcode to take them directly to that Operation.
Centralised Timesheet
Time captured from the Operations is stored in a centralised Sicon Timesheet, which can also be populated from other Sicon solutions, such as Sicon Time & Attendance, Sicon Approvals, Sicon Service and Sicon Projects.
- This creates a complete timesheet with users simply recording their activities throughout the day.
- Creation of user timesheets by simply scanning activities and operations.
- Real time updates to Sicon Works Orders and Sicon Projects with accurate time capture and costs.
- Booking time to Operations is made simple with a single unique barcode created per Operation.
Built-In Security
Many manufacturing facilities and places of work must comply to strict security processes. Our Shop Floor Data Capture app has an auto log out function that can be enabled to ensure that the app is not left open with details of Works Orders or operations displayed for others to see.

Sicon Module Integration
Processes can be enhanced through the inclusion of additional Sicon modules, such as....
Projects
- SFDC users can logon to project operations to record actual time spent.
Works Order Processing
- SFDC users can logon to works order operations to record actual time spent, as well as completed quantity for that operation.
- Additional functionality available within Sicon SFDC allows users to issue allocated components to Sicon Works Orders and process Works Order Inspections that are linked to Operations or stock items.
