Incredibly helpful
Quite simply could not manage without this software. It does everything we need without issue and the helpdesk are so lovely - and very patient with my lack of ability! Can't recommend them enough.

One of the best investments
Tradebox is simply one of the best investments we have made. Whilst we had been trading with Amazon FBM and Amazon Vendor for many years the transition to include FBA created many challenges for us, specifically integration with our existing systems. Tempers were fraught and the amount of time I was having spend on this was simply unsustainable. The support received both trialling and then implementing Tradebox was excellent (a lot of patience was required and given!). We are well into month 2 of using Tradebox during which time I haven't raised one support ticket. This is due to the platform being very intuitive and user friendly and also the support articles and forums having easily answered anything, and in plain English. Obviously we are in early days of using Tradebox and expect there will be issues that I need some help with but am confident that support will be there to resolve. Thank you Tradebox Team!

OK but NOW NO PHONE SUPPORT
Have used tradebox for many years and works ok most of the time, has its issues from time to time. and always got resolved one way or another. Some issues are still being worked on which we reported many times and was advised they cant replicate now they looked deeper and found issues. Problem is now over pasted few month they don't like to communicate via phone support and want issues raised via CONTACT TRADEBOX. Once again another issue over a Bank holiday with all order in QUERY TAB over 240 now. Raised ticket and not one call as requested and TB isn't contactable any more. Raised this on Sunday 27th and now have staff awaiting orders to process. Normal would call them @ 9am on the Working day NOT IMPRESSED WITH NO TELEPHONE SURPORT. Would have been resolved a 9.15am if they did. They just email saying send this do this do that. I've run TB long enough to know what's what. and now 11.20 Tuesday SFA in a CALL BACK from the BOSS Stephan. Great Support Guys Will be looking elsewhere if this carry's on

Great Company
We have been using Tradebox for a few years to upload our web sales into Sage. This saves hours of work. As with all IT there are glitches along the way but Tradebox Support team are amazingly quick at responding and getting to the bottom of all issues. Never have they 'fobbed' us off. I would not hesitate in recommending Tradebox if you are looking for an e-commerce solution to work alongside Sage.

Brilliant
This app has honestly helped our business in so many ways! We have many inventory issues due to having BOM based stock, so we have tried various systems including unleashed (don't bother!) and finally this year we made the move over to sage which wouldn't have been possible without tradebox. Tradebox's integration with amazon and shopify have made it possible to manage and import orders and invoices as well as uploading stock INCLUDING those made up of BOMS and component parts! This has completely changed the way we work and has streamlined our business no end! I cannot thank Tradebox enough! Not to mention the support you receive like no other I've ever experienced, we receive almost instant replies and they do not rest until the issue is resolved.

Excellent support
Have been on the original tradebox for a while. A change in security on our website meant I had to move to tradebox one. The security update happened during lockdown and wasnt notice for a little while so we had lots of orders to import manually during the changeover. Tradebox support were extremely quick to reply to every email I sent about both the upgrade process and importing the older orders to guide me through the process. They would have done it for me via a screen share but I wanted to understand it in order to do it myself again in the future if needed. In normal operation Tradebox links to our Magento website seemlessly once the connection has been established and the SKUs have been matched between the website and Sage.

Vered Brash
I have been a Tradebox user since 2009. I could not work without it. Instead of manually inputting invoices, they are uploaded to Sage automatically. This removes any possible human error and saves so much time and effort. Also the customer service is fantastic as there is always someone to speak to for any advice or help that I have ever needed. Great product.
