Real time planning
Manu Online keeps track of your materials and order books while you use the system. Entering a new sales order or top-level work order will immediately allocate or plan materials from inventory, in-bound work or purchase orders, which saves a lot of time in planning what you need to make or buy. The make-to-order process will by-pass top level product in stock. Planning can be controlled by business unit so your different operations can keep different policies.

Traceability
Serial numbers (for single products) or lot numbers (for batches of products) can be entered to the system as work progresses through your factory enabling your customers to have confidence that your quality processes are all in place. Serial numbers can even be used in after-sales order tracking to manage your after sales service of complex machines.
Multi step routing
Organise your factory into work cells and implement multi step routing so your work orders will flow smoothly from cell to cell. Use touch screens or bar codes to progress work. Tie material usage to work cells, work times, machines times, subcontract, and other cost items.
API
Almost all data in Manu Online can be read or created via our open API. Make your own management dashboards with PowerBI or integrate a 3rd party logistics system. Automate to make your life easier.
Excel uploads and downloads
Nearly all the key data for startup can be uploaded from Excel. You can also set up a few products for trial and download them to excel, wipe the system and upload again. It can be done easily and helps you get your data in order for a clean start.
