Invoice Manager

Quickly and simply raise Sales invoices from Project information to send to your Clients. Invoices can be exported and sent on a one by one basis or you can use our Invoice Manager for automated email invoice distribution. These invoices can then be sent automatically to your Sage Accounts package against the correct Customer, Nominal and Department code.

Purchase Order Module

Ensure all third-party costs are accounted for using our powerful Purchase Order Management module. Purchase Requisitions can be raised by users and then approved by Managers before sending to your Suppliers via email/PDF. These committed costs will show automatically against the Project allowing for accurate Budget vs. Actual data to be produced.

Goods received can be confirmed by users before Finance match Supplier invoices to the Purchase Order all without leaving the Coretime system. Finally, these matched transactions are automatically sent from Coretime to your Sage Accounting system.

Sage Integration

Coretime offers a two-way interface with your Sage system allowing a significant reduction in data input as this only has to be entered once and shared across both applications.

• Coretime will share Customer and Supplier information with Sage.

• Sales Invoices can be produced in Coretime and sent to Sage.

• Purchase Invoices can be entered into your Accounts system and sent to Coretime (unless you’re using Coretime Purchase Order Management when the flow will be reversed).

• Payments can be entered into Coretime and sent to Sage.

• Expenses can be entered into Coretime and exported to Sage.

Budget Control

Perfect for Professional Service Organisations that work on a Fixed fee or Percentage fee basis. Coretime offers real-time Budget v Actual tracking (right down to a Task level if required) with email alerts and a comprehensive set of reports and dashboards.

Leave Manager

Leave Manager functionality allows users to request Annual Leave and see their Holiday entitlement/balances. Line Managers can approve or reject Holiday requests through a dedicated Approval screen. Leave requests, approvals and rejections are all supported by email notifications and the reporting suite allows this data to be analysed from a Company, Department or Employee perspective.

Comprehensive Reporting Suite

Coretime has the capacity to store all of your key Project information in one place in its scalable, SQL database. Reports can be produced at a Business, Client, Project, Sub-Project, Task or Employee level and are available to all nominated users to self-service the required information. All reports can be filtered by unlimited user configured tags and attributes and are all available to export to Excel for further manipulation.

Coretime CRM

Working hand in hand with your Coretime project management system, Coretime CRM allows you to see all communications and interactions with your Clients in the same place. Coretime CRM allows you to drill down to view communications at the Contact, Project or Client level, ensuring a 360- degree view of your interactions at any one time. Fully GDPR compliant with a comprehensive search function to interrogate the database, it's impossible to not have full project visibility.

Resource Manager

The Resource Manager module adds an extra dimension to capacity planning in the ever expanding Coretime system. Operating on a 'rough cut' basis allowing key users to estimate how much resource they will need per week or per month rather than per day.
